Charles & George's Car Wash

Extremely disappointed! $40+ for a less than subpar wash! A 3 year old could have done better and there is a group of adults “working” on ONE vehicle at a time. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. Terrible!!!

Paid $33 for a car wash + wax and my car was somehow ready in 12 minutes ? That makes no sense. When they gave me my car I still had the big NOTICEABLE stain on my door! This was the whole reason I brought my car to get washed for in the first place and they literally skipped over the stain and gave me back my car. Like what??? I had to ask someone to clean it. Then, I get in my car and I STILL find trash in it. It’s like they didn’t even look to vacuum or clean up or nothing. Like how do you miss all this trash on the floor ? Did you even look? …NEVER coming back here again!

I have been there several times and every time is the same thing it does not matter who is working I get the same thing every time clean inside and outside and they don’t even touch the dashboard the steering wheel the cupholders none of it all they do is the floor in the windows. I so miss my car wash in New Jersey. I cannot find a decent car wash down here that does a proper job.

Update (2/17/26) My wife liked the job done on her Camry so much that she brought the Nissan Versa Note to be cleaned and she was, again, very pleased. The mirrors needed attended to after the car was released to us. We were able to have an attendant clean them before we left the lot. Tyler, the cashier, was extremely helpful and informative. Whitney took our order and was a good ambassador for the car wash. Each person in their respective station performed their job well. My wife pulled in just before closing on Black Friday and they had a lot of options. We opted for the least one for $8.95 so we could get on our way home. I pictured the process and was totally impressed with the quality of the teamwork. The car was brought to the front very quickly and the army of people wiping the drops off everywhere. The team leader asked to see our sales receipt to claim our car but my wife didn't recognize it. It looked better than when we bought it in August. She drove off the lot saying she would want to bring her other car to get cleaned before we sell it, and that I should bring my minivan too.

First off, Great customer service. I could have gotten the same results with the basic wash. I paid $49 after tax. Still have stains on my seats in the back. I do like that they were quick. I will try them again later but with the simple wash instead of “the works” to fit the result. I have two kiddos so my car constantly needs to be wiped down when I have time. I had to come home and wipe my back seats myself.
